My Approach
I'm a solutions architect who believes great technology decisions start with understanding the business behind them. Over my career I've helped teams move to the cloud, redesign critical systems, and scale engineering organizations— always with a focus on outcomes that actually matter.
My work spans architecture design, migration strategy, and the leadership work that makes technology decisions stick: aligning stakeholders, mentoring teams, and translating complex trade-offs into plain language for executives.
Much of my work centers on data platform migrations—moving teams onto Databricks, Redshift, Snowflake, and BigQuery—and enabling services across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. I also operate as a fractional CTO for teams that need senior leadership to guide their engineering.
